ThatDamTea is made in Peterborough Ontario, it's made using ingredients you can pronounce like Organic Cane Sugar, Black Tea Extract, and of course, Damiana (hence Dam tea).

Damiana is a small unassuming shrub that grows on rocky hillsides in central America and the southern US states. However, it has a long history of use, dating back thousands of years to the Guaycura, Aztecs, Mayanas and even today it can be purchased as an alcoholic drink from Mexico. The purported uses of the herb include: neuro-tonic, mood enhancer, anxiolytic (anti-anxiety/stress), aphrodisiac and digestive stimulant.

Strangely enough, it actually is illegal in Louisiana, but then again, not so long ago prohibition made Beer illegal too.

But back to the drink, we make our own all natural, potent, Damiana extract in-house, and then put in 59 drops per bottle. We mix it up with some organic cane sugar, acacia tree sap and citric acid for a balanced and nuanced flavour. We go easy on the sugar though, so that you can enjoy the naturally delicious taste without so many calories.
